Class to control a filter wheel

The most basic adapter for defining the behavior of a device. Device can be either in micromanager or independant(pure .NET or some other API). This allows EasyCore to have a consistant interface to any device.

An internal class that allows the properties to go into classes. Should be updated to something more useful

This class is used for those devices that are only gui. For example scripts. This should be updated more to provide nice automatic property handling
